Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ART YOU / PT ART YOU GROUP. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

ART YOU offers limited and carefully curated collections.

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

We reserve the right to:

• limit quantities of any product
• modify or discontinue items without notice
• refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

All orders are carefully inspected and packed by hand before dispatch to ensure the highest quality experience. Order processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Estimated delivery times:

• Local delivery: 1–3 business days
• International delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, or external factors beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to truly love your ART YOU piece. If for any reason your purchase does not feel right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU and UK consumer regulations.

Returned items must be:
• unworn and unused
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with all tags attached and original packaging intact

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions are provided individually after approval.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

REFUNDS

Once a return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

FINAL SALE / EXCLUSIONS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• made-to-order pieces
• customized or personalized items
• garments altered after purchase

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. After review, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including images, texts, graphics, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of ART YOU and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ART YOU shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
