All orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and packed by hand before dispatch to ensure the highest quality experience.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Complimentary DHL Express shipping is available on international orders over $500. Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times:

• International delivery: 3–5 business days
• Local delivery (Indonesia): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want every ART YOU piece to feel right.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. Return instructions are provided individually.

Returned items must be:
• unworn and unwashed
• with all original tags attached
• in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

REFUNDS

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCLUSIONS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order pieces
• Customized items
• Garments altered after purchase
